Ticket Purchase Policy
All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
‘OhBroadway’ does not send through a postal service the real tickets. The ticket can be redeemed at the box office by using vouchers sent to customer e-mail address. Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with invalid and wrong email address.
Please check your voucher immediately once purchased. Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated. Please check your exchange vouchers for accuracy when you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
You will receive the voucher for each product and that is considered as your ticket confirmation. The voucher may be either printed or be captured by mobile devices and presented by you with a photo ID to the Box Office or Tour Location at least 45 mins prior to the show but purchasers are encouraged to examine their exchange vouchers for specific event/venue exchange instructions.
Cancellation & Exchanges
We strive to help our customers as much as we can, but unfortunately do not allow an exchange once ticket has been processed.
Pricing and Availability
OhBroadway sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means Oh Broadway does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including Online, Phone Centers, Retail Locations and Box Offices. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, OhBroadway does not control this inventory or its availability.
OhBroadway accepts only credit cards as payment to accommodate your needs.
-Credit Card transaction: We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
‘OhBroadway will first handedly handle any submitted complaints and feedbacks by the users of the site. But if any dispute may occur, in the course of the terms, between the state of New York and the ‘ OhBroadway, the terms and condition will be reissued according to the rules and regulations given by the Electronic Commerce Meditation Committee of New York.
If the site is interrupted by natural disasters or equivalent state that makes it impossible to maintain, your responsibilities will be waived. ‘Ohbroadway.com’ will not take any responsibility on any errors that may be caused by the members of the site. ‘Ohbroadway.com’ will not take any responsibility on publicized information, documents, and accuracy of credibility.
